For this seasonal rental, the linen/towels/dish towel are not provided as standard, however, they may be available on site as an option (12€ per stay and per person). Similarly, no cleaning fee is systematically applied in order to leave the choice to vacationers to do so or take it as an option (50€ per rental).
Recently built, these two accommodations are sunny (West-East) and bright, equipped in a modern and functional way, classified 3 stars by the Departmental Tourist Office, and in a quiet street. They are non-smoking and do not welcome pets. Electricity, gas, water and Wifi are included in the rental rates.
Your host welcomes you in person and is easily reachable during your stay for any assistance and advice. In love with the Emerald Coast, it was in this district of St Malo that he decided to settle down in 2009 after having lived and worked in various regions of the world.
